I can't install my purchased Photoshop CS6

I bought Photoshop CS6 two days and I bought the student/teacher edition and today I received my confirmation and download link, but I can't install Photoshop CS6. Whenever he comes down to finally download the product he suddenly stops and an error message pops up saying there was a problem with the initialization of the installation. I contacted support and they were unable to help me, and I even had an attempt of a friend to help. He thinks that somewhere in my files is another file in conflict with what I'm trying to download, which makes the error message will appear each time. I remove old files Adobe of a free trial version of Photoshop CC, but I don't know if this could be what is causing my problem. I know you're not supposed to delete the files, but I did it before I found out. Is there a simple solution for this? I'm not good at looking through rename them, files and support for struggling to help me for more than an hour. Help, please!

p.s. I own a MacBook and purchased Photoshop for MacBook
