  You must not move all the files - it will not work with Adobe products. You must install fresh CS4 on your new Mac.

  Hello ralaf,

  Your question would be more by our computer forum, it seems that you have a problem with opening PDF or JPEG files. Most likely what happened was when they installed Windows 10, then installed Windows 7, your PDF/JPEG basic application has not been reinstalled or well positioned.
