Mac:

Try deleting the AAMupdater file from

Go/Go to the folder / ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe /.

* If before is not worked then follow below steps-

Rename the opm.db file under

Go / go to the folder / ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE

Windows:

try to delete the folder AAMupdater.

[system drive] C:\Program files (x 86) \common files\adobe\AAMUpdater

Rename the opm.db sub-

[System drive] C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
