• I can't restore my iPhone 4s in iTunes (error 4013)

  I have an iphone 4s, which is stuck in the mode 'connect to itunes' and I have no idea how to make out or restored. I was looking at solutions for about three hours now and none of it seems logical that I'm not savvy phone. The phone was given to me from my mother, who was just hanging out after having bought at a auction and told me if I could fix it I could keep it. It was completely destroyed but could turn on. Only problem is, as soon as that its plugged in, it goes directly from the apple logo on the charger with the itunes logo.

  I tried past in "DFU", recovery mode and simply turn off the phone. Whenever I start to update the phone via itunes, it passes through the part 'extraction of software', finish him, then says "waiting for phone" before the phone either disconnects or restarts and then fails to complete the update.   Please check to make sure that both phones are running iOS 9.3.2 and iTunes on the computer is 12.4. Make a new backup of the 5 c to iTunes, and then try to restore on the 6s.
