I can't run my dll without having Intel Fortran composer in the computer

I have compiled a dll by using Microsoft Visual Studio and Intel Fortran composer. In my computer, they work fine, but when I try to run it on another computer that does not have MVS and the compiler I get this message:

Application error

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.

Is it possible to execute these DLLs without any MVS and the compiler in the computer?

The most recent Intel libraries have a folder called "redist" for redistrubutable. For PVE, the library is "C:\\Program Files (x 86) \Intel\ComposerXE-2011\redist). My view is that they did this to avoid any confusion on what has been authorized to redistribute.

Good luck
