I can't see the effects in the timeline panel

I am unable to see the effects in the timeline panel, even though I have "Activate Effects in timeline" checked.

Maybe they are reduced? Click the triangle to expand. You can add effects to a selected object using the context menu or the control panel timing:

    To force Firefox to always display the scroll bars, try to update your global setting using:

    System Preferences > General > scroll bars Show = > always

    It is properly formatted (journaled MacOS and GUID) and have not had any problems with the 3 TB drive, that we were connected before.
