I can't seem to be able to play games, (I have before)

I just bought a new laptop Acer Aspire E1-471.

And there was a lot of virus and worms on it for some reason any.
When I installed Norton 360 and did a full scan in safe mode it found a total of 60 viruses and worms. but when I turned it back to normal, he stopped aero and almost all of the games.
I updated the latest updated and tried to install different drivers from the acer Web site.
The games and Aero worked before. The laptop has:

-Intel Core i3 - 2328M.,

-Intel HD Graphics 3000,
-2 GB of DDR3 memory

And it runs on Windows 7 Ultimate

Step 1: I suggest you follow the steps to run the troubleshooter from the link and if it helps.

Step 2: If the problem persists, I suggest that you want to run the auditor of file system (CFS) analyze and check if it helps.

SFC tool scans system files and replaces incorrect versions of system files by using the correct versions.

Step 4: Clean boot

I suggest to maintain the computer in clean boot mode and check if the problem persists.

A clean boot to check if startup item or services to third-party application is causing this issue.

    If you have a mouse with the scroll button, please hold down the CTRL key and press the scroll of the mouse wheel to adjust the size of your font.  In addition, you can adjust the parameters of resolution DPI and screen.  I hope that this information is beneficial.
