  Hi cloudinoakland, go to Preferences > tools > synchronize and untie your device. You should then get the opportunity to implement synchronization and create a new account again.

  They work very well for me with 10.11.1.   It's strange.  Looks like you have a second paper tray and put it to the default tray.  The second paper tray only supports the types of paper that show on your list.  It's strange because unless you have purchased a second tray paper, plus model has one.  Does only the high-end model.  Other than that, only certain types of media can be duplex, so if you have double-sided printing, it can limit the selection.  I'll watch what else could be the cause and get back to you.

  Do NOT enable the guest account. The guest account is NOT designed for occasional access, it is a special system account. It is a security risk because it allows anonymous access on your machine, apart from anything else. This is why it is disabled by default.

  Just create an account user Standard, called 'Visitor', or something like.

  Make sure that the Admin account has a password and tell them it.

  Also, make sure that all users on the computer ALSO have a strong password.

  I updated the firmware by accessing the router locally and manually downloaded the new cabinet where the Linksys.support.com file and then installed. After that, all the errors I was getting were gone.

  Try entering the number of 'MEID DEC' of the label on the box in to the storm came.  I tried to use the MEID of the sticker under the battery but it is in HEXADECIMAL and is only 14 characters long.  The MEID DEC is 18 digits long, and it worked for me.
