  Skype customer service can only be reached via the link that I gave above. Please also note that, the Skype community, is not a branch of the customer service, so we are not able to request that they contact you.   It may be better to try to access support text Chat using a desktop computer, if possible. It can help to solve some problems by temporarily allowing popups on your browser and also turn off (again temporarily) and extension/addons you use, that blocks pop-up windows. The reason is that the chat opens in a pop-up window. If it is blocked, you will not be able to start communicating with them.

  In some cases, it can help you to access Skype service customer using Internet Explorer, even if it's not your usual browser.

  Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall Skype?

  1. If the Skype icon is displayed in the tray at the bottom right of the screen, right-click and select exit.

  I can't sign in iMessage (Macbook Pro, early 2011) after upgrade to El Capitan 10.11.1 OS x 10.8.5.   Updated - repair of Ran in Keychain Access.  Ran disk first aid utility.  Restart in Mode safe and by logging in to my account resulted in functional iMessage.  After restarting mode Normal iMessage remained functional.  A VICTORY.
