  Try to install the drivers fom the camera manufacturer's Web site. If you do not disconnect, wait about 10 seconds, then reconnect the device. If those who do not work, restart your computer (or restart the computer). Also make sure that Live Messenger is set to the correct camera.

  • Go to Lightroom > Preferences.
  • Also please go to preferences > Performance tab and uncheck the box "use graphics processor.
  • Restart Lightroom and see if it works.
  • Please make sure you also update of Lightroom to the latest version, which is 6.3 Lightroom

  I guess you wanted to ask how to solve the problem. If then all in Safe Mode you can use system restore to set up Windows to a point when the problem did not exist.

  Yes. It can be a very slow process if compared to typing on a normal keyboard.

  You can find the keyboard to the screen here:

  A better option would be to borrow or buy a cheap external USB keyboard until you get your own laptop fixed keyboard.

  You will not be able to remove the tiles until and unless you uninstall the applications that you are not using, but here, you can try to remove the app from the modern user interface screen. You have just right click on the app and click on detach start. This will move the app to the application screen all. To see the app released, you can click on the arrow down on the screen of the modern user interface.

  A quick search on the internet suggested on the felt of coloring with an erasable marker to dry and then wipe. I don't know if it would really work.
