I can't uninstall kkkkk
I'll change/remove program but kkkkk is nowhere to be seen... I can't uninstall it off my period of Windows 8 HP
Is it supposed to be registered under this article? Perhaps Karl does not have an entry in this list and uses its own method.
You can also try this tool to fix the problem: http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall?wa=wsignin1.0
And if this does not work, try a program of removal as Recuva.

Hi Julien,
Thank you for the update.
Put the computer to boot and then try to uninstall BlueStack and check if the problem persists. Clean boot helps you disable all third-party programs/applications, so that you can finish the uninstall.

Firefox asked me to upgrade my sound system & in the process, I have installed a Zombie and I can't uninstall it in Windows 7 via my control panel. I expected more of Firefox as a privacy feature!
Sorry to hear about this, you should always beware of the pop-ups - never open or install anything, unless it is on the official website. Firefox has built-in features (and extensions that you need to find and install) to protect your privacy and security, but all users must still be careful with their browsing habits. You can report malicious links to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center here: http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx
You can also report false web documents by clicking on:

Regarding your malware, please follow this guide:
After removing your malware, consider extensions such as Adblock Plus.

For reasons I don't understand, I have two versions of Thunderbird installed on my computer. Can I uninstall the old version?

I tried everything I know to uninstall the new version of Firefox. I also installed Aurora beta and it had the same behavior, and I managed to uninstall that. I can't open a browser ff to work on it with the help of a large part of your support information. I click the icon, but it does not start on the desktop but the clock running as Task Manager. I have to end task in Task Manager to close it. I can not uninstall and tried the system restore, but this also does not work due to another problem with my antivirus program.

Somehow, it seems that I have two versions of 29.01installed. One is the American version and the other British version. One that has all my favorites and viewable history, but there is no visible address/firefox browser toolbar. The other version has none of the bookmarks, and using the profile search product not available, but this version has no visible address/firefox browser toolbar.
Can I uninstall both versions and then download and reinstall a new version and at the same time find all my favorites and the browser history?Make sure that you do not delete personal data when you uninstall Firefox because that will remove all Firefox profile folders.

Ok. How can I get rid of the pin.wid as my default browser. When I click on firefox I get pin.wid. I can't uninstall it. I emailed them this question. Response (abbreviated); Subject: config in the address bar, I promise you, keyword.url in the search box... not stuck there... no results.
There are a few different ways that a site could take over your home page. These include:
(1) change your settings
(2) an add-on
(3) hijacking your shortcut of FirefoxFor #1, you probably already checked, but just in case:
You can use the home button or open a new window (Ctrl + n) to test the change.
Note that malicious software can create a file that will pick up your settings at startup. This article describes how to find such a user.js file: How to fix preferences that will not save.
For #2, try this:
Disable all non-essential or unrecognized extensions on page modules. Either:
- CTRL + SHIFT + a
- Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > Add ons
In the left column, click Extensions. Then, when in doubt, turn off.
Typically, a link will appear above at least an extension disabled to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links in the last step.
For #3, if you get the unwanted page at startup and not when you use the home page icon or open a new window (Ctrl + n), check here: right click on your shortcut on the desktop for Firefox > properties > Shortcut tab. For 64-bit Windows, the goal should be the next, no more, no less:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe"
A little luck?

I can't uninstall or install firefox
I can't uninstall or run or install firefox. A recent update keeps asking to reboot to complete the update. I restarted 10 times and still, I get the same message when I click on firefox after reboot, also I can't run Setup the same message again, I try to remove the program in the control panel remove programs and I get the same message. I can't install, run or uninstall this program. Help, please.
Some Firefox problems can be solved by performing a clean reinstall. This means that you remove Firefox program files, and then reinstall Firefox. Please follow these steps:
Note: You can print these steps or consult them in another browser.
- Download the latest version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org office and save the installer to your computer.
- Once the download is complete, close all Firefox Windows (click on quit in the file menu or Firefox).
- Remove the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:
- Windows:
- C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
- C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox
- Mac: Delete Firefox in the Applications folder.
- Linux: If you have installed Firefox with the distribution-based package manager, you must use the same way to uninstall: see Install Firefox on Linux. If you have downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder firefox in your home directory.
- Windows:
- Now, go ahead and reinstall Firefox:
- Double-click on the downloaded Setup file and go through the steps in the installation wizard.
- Once the wizard is completed, click to open Firefox directly after clicking the Finish button.
Please report back to see if this helped you!

After turing off dom.ipc.plugin to "subject: config" I can see the video, but Firefox has become unstable. It crashes when I tried to download a program or open a site from time to time.
I do not want to continue to use Firefox 13, but downgrade to a lower version (previous version), so that I can resume the video download with RealPlayer downloader.
Problem: I'm not able to uninstall or remove Firefox 13 applying the tool "Uninstall a program" window. Y at - it another way that I can I uninstall Firefox 13? »
Hello, this is a problem between the extension real downloader and the last update of the plugin adobe flash version 11.3, who brought architects in the plugin changes - decommissioning of your firefox version will not solve the problem.
Please refer to the instructions in 11.3 Flash does not load video in Firefox and disable the safe_mode Adobe & reactivate dom.ipc.plugin accordingly.
go to addons.mozilla.org to find an alternative to the true downloader to record video content on your pc: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/search/?q=video+download

Can I uninstall 4.0 and resume 3.6?
4.o Firefox does not support some features that I really need (for example Norton safe ID, citicard / discover the virtual account numbers).
Can I uninstall 4.0 and back using 3.6?
Thank you.Symantec needs update their Firefox Add-ons to make them compatible with Firefox 4. They indicated that, for Norton 360, they plan to release a update of Norton 360 to support Firefox 4 in early may - http://us.norton.com/support/kb/web_view.jsp?wv_type=public_web & docurl = 20100720113635EN & ln = en_US
I don't know about the time scale for the updates for other Norton products.
Waiting for the update by Symantec, downgrade to Firefox 3.6 first of all uninstall Firefox 4, but do not select the option 'remove my Firefox personal data '. If you select this option, it will delete your bookmarks, passwords and other user data.
Then you can install the latest version of Firefox 3.6 available to http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html - it will automatically use your favorite courses, passwords etc.
I recommend, to avoid possible problems with decommissioning, accessing your profile folder and delete the following files if they exist - extensions.cache, extensions.rdf, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite and localstore.rdf. Delete these files will force Firefox to rebuild the list of installed extensions, check their compatibility and cancel the toolbar customizations.
For more information on how to find your profile folder, see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Profiles
