  Thank you for posting the screenshot. On Mac, you can see the current app name in the menu bar, just after the Apple. Please check. I think you'll find you do not run Acrobat Pro at all, but you use the free Adobe Reader software. Quit the player and start Acrobat Pro from Applications.
