Then why the hell I always get emails on my membership? I'm pretty I was shelling out $50 / month for a service that I never use angry. The email asks me to update my payment information (my debit account is empty), but I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION. ADOBE, STOP BILLING ME.

To respond to your request, if you cancel your paid subscription creative cloud you will always have access to the level of membership, which offers 2 GB of free storage. You will have a grace period of 90 days to upload your files to your local machine and remove the files online to get your cloud storage up to 2 GB (or for additional storage to purchase separately if you choose). If you leave more than 2 GB of files in your storage cloud for more than 90 days, you may lose access to part or all of your files. Please read the FAQ and it will answer most of your questions:

Whenever I log in, I click on 'manage my account', then below highlighted in blue, I click on "cancel my subscription". Only to be wrapped around according to consistantly by clicking on 'Customer Support' then click on ' still Nedd help? Contact us. "over and over again. This company needs to create a system where consumers could easily contact customer, not not being swung around in circles.
