Urgent problem! Cannot cancel my subscription creative cloud!

Dear community and Adobe Support,

I need your urgent help! I want to cancel my Adobe account immediately, but this is not possible online in my account, because there is no button to cancel as it should.

He said: I have to contact the support, but on the phone and Chat I don't get someone in time and weekend is a few days in advance (the two being unavailable), so I would ask here for urgent support.

Please, help me and cancel my subscription now, because it's just a few days left to renew and I don't want it anymore. (Finished studies soon, 300 is too expensive for a renewal).
