Accept the terms and conditions
Hello
I can't accept the terms because I'm a 'kid' (even though my 18th birthday is close). I need my MOM to check the box ts & cs for me but she can't remember her e-mail account. All I need is to know which e-mail account, she signed with. Where can I find this information? The view of windows has been very helpful as far as I searched for a cure for this problem for 2 days now with the only suggestion like a factory reset I'm strongly against that.
Please please please can someone help me before I throw my phone out of the window.
Thank you
Penny

Accept the terms and Conditions button missing
I just tried to sign up for a free trial of creative cloud. I used my exisitng Adobe ID and then I was asked to enter my date of birth... and then the terms and conditions box popped up. Using Chrome and Firefox 19.0.2 26.0.1410.64 m the box to check and accept button are missing (broken CSS?) on IE 9, the button displays only but I was able to click on it. I told Adobe customer service, but they said that they could not pass the info and suggested I post here...

Player running and accepting its terms and conditions
I downloaded and installed the reader, but cannot print PDF files because I have a message to the reader 'RUN' and accept the terms and conditions.
However, after installation, there is not the possibility to accept the terms and conditions and before clicking 'INSTALL' message said that to install is to automatically accept the terms and conditions. How to stop this vicious circle?
C/Program Files(x86) / Adobe / 11.0 / player
Double-click the file Eula.exe

Unable to accept the terms of use, which is needed to manage the security of the family
Hello
I have a new laptop with Windows 8, which I created two users - one for me and one for a child (Standard user - and Coachman on behalf of child) (Administrator). I created a real account for the child and filled out all the necessary information - my live account has been used for a few years, but I update personal information.
When I try to manage parental controls from the Control Panel, I get an error message indicating that I should go to account.live.com to agree to terms of use. I can't find any place to accept the terms of use, or my account og the child account. I looked for a solution and found that many have had similar problems. One of the solutions that seeems to help was to connect to fss.live.com, but this page just redirects to a generic MS information page of security for the family.
Any suggestions?
Thanks for the quick response!I managed to find a solution, not an elegant solution, but it will keep your real account (parent1) to monitor your kids.
1. create a new live account (parent2)2. create a new account admin on the PC using the new live account (parent2)3. connect to the computer with the admin account and create an account for child(using either an og existing live new account - don't forget to check the child...)4. you should now be able to manage via the parental control panel5. Add a new parent in parental control (your old existing live account - parent1)Some steps are probably not necessary, but I managed to get the "accept the terms of use" hampers by following these steps. -
I'm trying to set up parental controls for my pc. I downloaded windows for family security, etc. When I try to use it, it tells me that I have not accepted the terms. Help.
Hello
In addition to the suggestion of Allen Howard, we recommend that you try to accept the terms of use by following the steps below:
1. open your browser to: http://fss.live.com.
2 connect using the family Microsoft Security Admin account and password.
3. the terms of use must be displayed, and you can accept them.
4. Once you have accepted the terms of use, try again to login to the customer of parental controls again and check if the problem persists.Thank you.

After you install the Windows Live Essentials on Windows 7 Professional 64-bit operating system, I tried to access the Parental control feature. I was unable to access this feature and said to connect with my Windows Live ID to accept the terms of use. Once connected, there is no option to accept the terms of use, on the terms of use page.

I can't click Next after that I accept the terms of use on programs during installation
I can't click Next after that I accept the terms of use on programs like photoshop or solid works? Help, please
Hi Elano,
Thanks for joining us out on Microsoft Community Forums.
According to the description provided, its looks like you is faced with a problem during the installation of programs.
It would be great if you can answer these questions to help you further.
1. is the issue limited only during the installation of any program in particular?
2 have you made changes on the computer before this problem?
I suggest you to check if the program is compatible with Windows 7.
Windows 7 Compatibility Center: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-7/en-us/default.aspx
If it is not compatible with Windows 7, then try to run the program in compatibility mode.
Make older programs in this version of Windows: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Make-older-programs-run-in-this-version-of-Windows
I suggest to perform a clean boot, and then try to install programs.
Clean boot will check if any third-party application is causing the problem, as the clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.
How to solve problems using the clean boot in Windows 7:
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135
Note: Once the diagnosis has been made, make sure that you try to step 3 of the article to reset the computer as usual
We would be more than happy to help you if the steps above did not solve the problem.

I get the error 'cannot use adobe reader to view PDFs in your web browser. Player will now stop. Please exit your browser and try again"in Windows 7 x 32 and Windows 7 x 64 with Acrobat pro 8.1.7. This occurs when you try to open a PDF file in Internet explore 8.0.760 or when I open a PDF file in Quickbooks 2008. If I answer ok or cancel, the file opens normally. If I open acrobat 8 first of all and then the pdf file opens as expected. I also tried a copy of Acrobat reader, with no difference in the result. Because this happens on two different computers a new copy of windows 7 x 64, the other, an upgrade to windows 7 x 32 and they used to work before moving to windows 7, I guess that there is some sort of incompatibility with windows 7 and acrobat. Is this a known problem and will be fixed in an update to acrobat in the near future?
For Windows 7 you will need Adobe Acrobat 9.1.
