I compressed my photos for e-mail. Then when I resized them they were blurred. How can I delete them again?

I compressed my photos to download to send to someone. I have compresses them for email (which is the smallest of the compression.

They said that the pictures were small.  I tried to unzip it but could not.  Then I tried to resize and send to them.

They said the size was ok, but now the pictures were too blurry.  How can I get them back to clear?

DavidMCandy is correct... the data is missing.

Looks like you were using Microsoft Office Picture Manager...

When you go to edit pictures and choose to compress the images.
E-mail messages... it reduces the dimensions of the picture in pixels
to fit in a window of 160 x 160 (it's barely a size of thumbnails)

Then, when you close the Manager of photo... it displays a dialog box
who says:

There are changes that have not been registered
Save not save cancel

If you choose... Save... pictures will be compressed and photo
Farm Manager.  This action overrides (replaces) the original
(uncompressed) versions of the photos and the recovery is not a
option.

To prevent this from happening in the future... create renamed
copies of the photos 'before' compression and only compresses
copies of famous.
