  Thank you for your message.  We will try to make a new profile and test.  This problem was caused by a corrupted in some cases profile.  Below are the steps to create a new profile:
  Click 'Start' > right click on 'My computer' > select 'manage '.
  Double-click on "Local users and groups" > click on 'Users' (below) > in the pane, right click and select 'new user '.
  Enter the credentials appropriate for testing, and then click 'OK '.
  After clicking OK, you should see the new user, right-click (new user) and select "Properties".
  Select the tab "member of" > click on "Add" > type Administrators , and then select "Check name" > click OK
  Either close or restart your computer and log in as a new user.  A test to see if your cursor always returned to its lowest level.
