  Yes, I often use several versions of firefox.

  Use custom install for the 2nd or both versions of firefox and create multiple profiles.
  

  Program records
  
  When you install firefox (you can leave the first version where it is) choose custom rather than the default values Setup. Maybe just add USA and C for default folder names, so that you have separated appropriate folders. You can rename all of the Firefox shortcuts after their creation.

  Two profiles
