Check if the cursor was jumping around after that the touchpad has been disabled.

I had the same problems in the past because I accidentally touched the surface of touchpad while typing.

If this does not help, check if your BIOS is up to date and possibly update the BIOS

  • Satellite L775 - mouse pad does not work properly

I have a laptop Toshiba Satellite L775. I run Win 7 Home Premium. My mouse pad does not work properly. I also have a Logitech Anywhere MX wireless mouse. I tried the mouse pad to work properly with the key FN and F9, but it does not work. And you really have no idea if that turns or out of the mousepad anyway, subj for another time I guess.

What does not work, but I have to do is to go to Control Panel then mouse option load that and just scroll the tabs without changing what each time and then close and the touch pad works. But only for this session. If I have my laptop nearby, or turn it off, I have to start throughout the whole process.

What's past and how to fix this?

    Thank you very much.

    > What's past and how to fix this?
After reading your ad, I still don t know what is your problem.
    > My mouse pad is not working properly
How to understand this? What does not work properly? What happen exactly when you start your laptop?

  • Re: Installation of a new SSD on Satellite L775 - 10 p

    Hello!

I have a Toshiba Satellite L775 - 10 p, and I thought buying an SSD and change it to the HARD drive that comes with the computer.

I have already created recovery disks, then I'll be able to run the recovery DVD unit. But I saw in the forums that some people have problems when you restore the system to a new modern drive.

I would ask if anyone has any experience by changing his laptop for one SSD drive, and if there are known issues when restoring the system.

    Thank you

    Ricard

    Hi Richard

I have two older models of computer laptop P300 and P500, that both set to level with SSDS. On both machines, I installed ve original picture of recovery without any problem.

After doing this I noticed extremely fast start upward and mobile works much more quickly than before.
In my opinion after upgrade of RAM it was my best investment to increase the performance of s for laptop.

By the way: info on SSDS, you can pick up on http://storage.toshiba.eu/cms/en/index.html
You can of course buy SSD other manufacturer too.

  • Output HDMI does not work on Satellite L775

    Hello.

I have a new Toshiba Satellite L775 with HDMI output.

I wanted to connect the laptop to my TV to watch pictures via HDMI.
    But it did not work.
I connected the laptop with HDMI cable for my Samsung - LCD - TV screen.
Time, wireless and TV are already functioning. (Normally I use the cable for TV receiver, with no problems).

I tried to change the output with Fn + F5 to TV-monitor (or TV-monitor & laptop).
But the TV does not detect not the laptop, in any case.

    What's wrong?

    Thanks for the solutions.

    Best regards
    WE34

I agree with Feliks if the TV supports different HDMI ports, you must make sure that the TV has been set to the correct HDMI port.
Choose in the settings of the TV the HDMI port and then you can use Fn + F5 to switch to the TV output.

  • Satellite L775 - power supply for cars

I would use (and connect) my laptop Satellite L775 - 12L in my car.

Do you know of any food that I could use with voltage of 12V and specific records in cars?

Like this outputs a specific AC adapter (19V, 3, 95 has), I was wondering if anyone of you has experience with car power supply that would work with this laptop (I used a standard without success).

    Thank you very much!

    Hello

I googled for Satellite L775 card adapter and found a few deals online.
It is important that the card adapter would provide an output 19V

Of course, you can contact the Toshiba service provider in your country and can order a genuine part of Toshiba from guys.

Why you n t check the system and hardware requirements for the SIMS 3 game?

  • Satellite L775: No download 'BlueRay Player' after update for Windows 8

    Hello

    Please help me...

After upgrade from win 7 to win 8 it is not possible for playback of bluray on my Satellite L775.
Where can I download the software for bluray playback?

Under the following link, it says that Toshiba offers to install the TOSHIBA Blu - Ray player (last third section grey highlight).
    http://www.Toshiba.EU/innovation/generic/Windows8-upgrade-stepbystep/

I'm looking for the web now for several hours, but could not find this software...

    Thank you.
    Carine

    Hello

I read in the forum that Toshiba 'BlueRay Player' is a software under license and, therefore, it of not possible to download this software from Toshiba UE driver page.

If you want to install and use the "Blu - Ray Player" Toshiba after updated Win 8, you must contact the center of Toshiba Support Officer (hotline) and ask these software download.

There is also another option to play the Blu - ray disc. You could use a tool of 3rd pieces called VLC player (free) that allows you to stream movies.

  • Recovery of Satellite P200-13V - Check disc Add on message

    Hi all

When I run the recovery disk product Toshiba 1/2, after a while, I get the message:

    * "Check for disk add-on' *.

1/2 disk does not continue. Also the recovery disk 2/2 does not react. It seems that it is looking:

    *E:\TOSHIBA\add-on\add-on.cmd*

I have really no idea what to do and kindly ask you to help.
It is of a Toshiba Satellite P200-13V, Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit

    Hello

It seems that the data of the first disc can be read correctly.
Why? I think the recovery disc may be the fault or the CD/DVD drive lens can't read/handle disk possibly because the laser lens is dirty? I put t know

If you want you can try to clean the laser lens with cotton wool trick and liquid alcohol.
Then try using the disc of recovery once more.

Alternatively, you can try to copy the discs on another drive using different computers.
Perhaps the recovery disc copy runs correctly.

  • Satellite L550D-13V - how to recover without recovery disks?

    Hello

I had a big problem. Win 7 Home Premium 64 BIT crashed on my satellite L550D-13V.

I tried to fix it, but it does not work. So I decided to recover via HARD disk utility.
Everything seems to be okay, but ultimately the tool said that errors have occurred. I tried to get it back again, but the process aborted with blue screen "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA" this time.

After reboot system told me that no bootmgr is available. I tried to start using the recovery disk, but it also seems to be defective because the system cannot boot from the disks.

And there is my problem. I cannot start / retrieve now. Volume D seems to be OK - the HARD disk utility files are still available, but I can't create a new recovery disks and it is not possible to start in disk utility.

    You have any ideas?

Thanks in advance and best regards
    Danny

    Hello

    The story is strange
I m wondering why you are not able to boot from the recovery disc?
Have you used the recovery disk created in the past or have you tried this drive for the first time?

However, with regard to the error message: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
I googled for that and it sounds like it could be linked to the fault memory.
Perhaps one of the failures modules.

Of course, this is just a personal opinion

If a HARD drive folder is available on your HARD drive, then there is a small chance of getting the recovery of HARD drive to work. Here's an interesting thread:

  • Satellite L775-111 and Blu - Ray player

Okay, so I got my Satellite L775-111 for awhile now and at this time its served me faithfully. Recently, however, the original hard drive died and I had to replace it. Essentially, he did have a problem with that, but I'm now pulling my hair on the drive Blu - Ray from Toshiba or, on the contrary, the lack of it. It was on the original machine, but with the change of drive hard, I lost all my software. I've been trawling through pages of pilot and various other software sites, but I can only find UPDATES that obviously do not work without the drive itself.

Does anyone know where I might be able to get the software and the drivers again? Not being not able to watch my DVD/Blu-Ray becomes a real pain and I don't really know of any other service that I can use without having to pay even more money for it.

Have you tested drive features using several different original BD movies?
