  And just to clarify my and other previous posts... you do NOT get to a command prompt and start your receiver from sqlplus.  sqlplus is a command-line that connects to a database and provides a user interface to the question of the sql to the database statements.  lsncrctl is another command line utility, used to send commands to the listener.  lsnrctl and sqlplus are two completely separate and distinct, all tools two started from the command line of the operating system, that have nothing to do with the other.  Neither one is a kind of 'gateway' to the other.

  I have half a dozen problems with Windows 7 right now, but let's start with the most irritating.  Screens disappear and reappear.

  I'll open a window and then open another (at the same time) for a reason, and if I don't have my mouse entirely on whatever the window, it "disappears".  That is, it will become transparent with just sort of 'framework' around him.  The content is gone.  But they come back.  It makes the idea behind 'Windows' laughable.

  And try to block and the copy is a nightmare of one window to the other.  Or even on the same page.  I try to block something and move away, and the "block" disappears.

  I thought it might be my mouse, which is your ordinary Microsoft Optical Mouse 2V.0, I went to devices and printers and formatted my mouse (I've never done this before) and my Microsoft Keyboard and recorded.  Nothing wrong with the keyboard.  The mouse just kept screwing as it did before, and I used your basic standard settings - nothing fancy or different.

  Now I write in this little place and nothing is to move, the mouse behaves - what IS IT?

Is it the 'template' (the custom background) browser. Can you collect all this information? I tried to restore the bookmarks, but he says simply unable to do.   Its my understanding that Flash has no access to the device specific APIs as you would with the iOS SDK dev (main reason I'm writing is more "native" apps in AS3 more.)

  You can google Corona SDK (lua script).

  Easy to pick up if your coming of AS3 (or script knowledge) and they have an SDK for the iPhone (address book, contacts, etc.. not sure of the camera).

  When Firefox crashes, it generally records information about what was happening at that time.   If you have problems with importing IE bookmarks in Firefox, then export favorites in Internet Explorer to a HTML file and import this file in the Firefox Bookmarks Manager.
