  Mona, go to My Documents, my pictures, click on the file "Adobe", click on the photos to digital devices and you should see your last download by date or by any name you assigned to a .jpd file.  I hope it works for you. Fred

  Two years ago I bought PS CS6 and first 11 items at my local dealer. I used it until I had to wipe my computer, making it impossible to register my software. I contacted the seller and all they could give me was proof of my purchase and the serial numbers for each product. I contacted Adobe, and all they could do was to tell me that I need the redemption code. I bought these products as a download online with only a code to use to download. No disc, card, nothing. So, after two years, I have no physical evidence other than my purchase history and serial numbers. I contacted another person by the Adobe Help Center and that they could not help me find the redemption code, nor could they find my name or email under what. Could someone help me please on this issue? I don't exactly want to throw a few thousand dollars because Adobe can't help me to recover what I bought. While the customer service tries to help, I constantly me be given to a person who can't speak proper English, and it's very frustrating. Please advice.

  All you need to reinstall the software is a serial number and the installation file. Nothing else.

  In general, the product key is located on the bottom of your laptop or the lid of the casing of a desktop computer. Some may even have the product inside the battery case cover key

  I write the product key on a Notepad and store it somewhere safe because those laptop stickers have a way of falling.  Make sure that you do not confuse the number 8 with the letter B and 0 with the letter O.

  So watch and document carefully.
