I don't have a default on installation of creative cloud but it appears not all options, and I can't access my programs. Is this a problem of blocking information? I can send a screenshot to illustrate.

Creative cloud does not use a serial number and creative cloud subscribers for not having any serial number associated with their programs. Creative cloud subscribers use their adobe ID to activate their programs.
Download and install the desktop creative cloud application (after signing with your adobe - the same as that used to pay for your creative cloud subscription ID), https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
Open the office application (a shortcut will be on your desktop) > click applications, and then select the programs you want to install.
the desktop application gives you access to cs6, cc, cc 2014 and cc apps for 2015. and probably more in the future.

Hi, I have trouble getting the installer of Creative Cloud 30 day trial to boot on my computer. Here I did successfully about 3 days ago, but since then has picked up a virus. I used system restore to restore my computer about 5 days, which was to remove the creative cloud and Photoshop. Now I am trying to re - download creative cloud with no luck.
