  No, the only way to recovery will involve your booting from the Windows installation disc * [this can be done on a 4 GB USB DRIVE, but you would need access to another PC to make].  The only other way would be to restore the factory settings

  If you have an existing 4 GB USB, you can save the files to somewhere else and then perform the recovery and then reformat the USB key to put your old files on it when you are finished.

  [* If you have an optical drive, you could do a disc repair system instead.]  If you know someone who has Windows 7 (32 bit, I guess that, in your case - it must be the same as yours) so that he could do a disk system repair & transfer it on a USB key which must only be 406MB or maybe a little less.  The instructions for this are also in the link below.]

  You can check the passwords stored in Firefox in plain text in this menu:
  Firefox > Preferences > Security
  Firefox > tools > Options > Options > Security

  and click the "Saved passwords"
  There you can filter by site and click on "Show Passwords" to see the stored password. However, if it is incorrect, you will need to go through the account recovery process that offers email.
