I downloaded a program to watch on my Media Player and when I press on play I have sound but no picture, only models. How can I get the picture?

What is the format of the video file?

If the extension is. AVI... no guarantee... but maybe
you need the XviD Codec.

(FWIW... it's always a good idea to create a system)
