  You can reinstall on your old computer, and then click Help > deactivate.  or, if you have a cc on your old computer, open your application of cc and disconnect off cc.

  You can install and activate the perpetual software (purchased) two computers of the same type (mac or pc), as long as you use it on one at a time. (product of lightroom multi platform is the exception because it can be installed on the pc and mac platforms)

  It is advisable to disable the software on a computer on which it will be is most used, especially before giving away or selling the computer or reformat the hard disk.
