  Yes, you can transfer the licnese of old Macbook to the newest one.

  Launch of the CS5 applications, go to the "help" menu and select "disable."

  On the new machine, you can download and install CS5 and activate it using the serial number purchased.

  Just install it like you did the first time (do not try to transfer from the old machine somehow) - you can download it through your account if you bought for download originally - otherwise, there is a link to download below. Otherwise Flash supports exporting things like images, files HAVE and SVG, but of course even that will require specific preparations and additional exported files work in Photoshop and Illustrator.
