  I solved my problem. I basically uninstalled creative cloud and re installed.

  First although I went in my finder-applications-dragged the old version of tria Lightroom in the trash and empty.

  I then tried a cleaning tool I've found the link too on a matter further under your original one. But I'm sure you can find it pretty easy.

  I followed the instructions and chose the creative cloud section and cleaned up. I then discovered that I had to revive creative cloud by finder. It's so once this process is complete, I discovered I could reinstall lightroom.

  Francine simply connect to the internet periodically to receive updates and validate your membership.  If you have an annual membership, you can be disconnected until 99 days.  You can find more details in the help of Activation & deactivation.

  I also recommend to review CC help | Install, update, or uninstall applications which deals with the installation of setting language.

  Maybe there is a problem with SQL Developer, being able to write to the network share of desktop directory.  Add the following to your sqldeveloper.conf file to force the settings of the user to store locally also:

  AddVMOption - Dide.user.dir = some_local_dir_to_own_system4.0.3.16.84

  The option "lock the taskbar" has been disabled. Right-click on a vacant space in the taskbar, the start clcok, button and check to see if there is a check mark next to ' lock the taskbar '. For the moment, it should not be a tick it. Now, move your mouse over the taskbar, hold down your left mouse button and 'drag' the taskbar at the bottom of your screen. The taskbar should now appear at the bottom of the screen. Once you did a right click on the taskbar again, as before, in a place vacant between the Start button and the clock and, in the drop-down menu, click on the option "lock the taskbar" to place a check mark by his side. The taskbar is now locked and cannot move.

  I downloaded the beta version of lightroom 5 without problem, but when I try to download the free trial version, when I click on the download button, nothing happens. My wife uses a mac, and she got LR5 without any problem. I have modified my firewall and allowed windows pop up, but still no joy - can anyone help

  What system are you on? LR 5 does not work on anything other than Win 7 or 8 to win even if the beta ran on Vista and XP even. If you are not on the good OS, it would never work.

  So I just bought a new iMac to replace my 3 + yr old MacBook Pro. When I place the iMac he gave me the possibility to transfer the data from my old MacBook to my new iMac. Everything on my new iMac works fine except Adobe CC. I am unable to manage and see my apps. That's what I see.

  I would recommend reviewing the information indicated by error Cloud Creative applications download - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error-downloading-cc-apps.html.  It discusses several methods to resolve the download errors.

  Windows XP purchased used, refurbished.  Sound Max Digital Audio is what happens in the default device.  But nothing happens.  Please, someone help me!

  Yes, you have a sound card.

  You should not have speakers.

  Lets check to see if you have a driver for your card its installed.

  Make a right click my computer in the start menu, and then click Properties.

  Click the Hardware tab, click Device Manager.

  Click on the + sign next to sound, video and game to extend, if any controllers.

  If there is a yellow mark next to the Audio Digital of the Max Sound, you need a driver.

  Even if not, there is a yellow mark to do this:

  Connect to the Internet.

  Right-click on Audio Digital Sound Max and click on update driver, follow the instructions.

  I hope that everything is fine and if it is or not allows to check your settings.

  Go to: Control Panel, sounds and Audio devices, Volume, the volume of the device tab, click Advanced.

  In the menu, click Options, click Properties, device mixer, Audio Digital Sound Max.

  With playback button put a check mark in all the fields below.

  Activate the record button and tick all the boxes.

  Click playback again, click OK.

  Drag the control to the wave upward, all others are ok at halfway.

  Close the Volume Control Page.

  Click on the Audio tab, audio playback, Audio Digital Sound Max.

  Click the voice, the voice reading, Audio Digital Sound Max.

  Click on apply, OK

  If so, reinstall LR.

Also, you can watch by adding RAM (Random Access Memory) to your system. It may ask you to take it to a computer store, to add RAM, which is very cheap and is the best way to boost the performance of your system. See also below to ensure that your system is not infected:

  Try to start your system in safe mode:

  Restart your computer if it is running. Press and hold the F8 key after your computer powers initially on. Once you see the Advanced Boot Options menu (or beep) you can stop. Up/down arrow keys to highlight your selection. Select Mode safe mode with networking and press ENTER. You should see drivers loading, it may take a few moments. You should then be at the Welcome screen. Connect to your computer using an account with administrator privileges. Now, you download (free) MalwareBytes from here: http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/ install, Update then do a scan of your system in safe mode, to ensure that it is indeed clean!
