There are a lot of folders and subfolders... listed in photoshop CS6 folder but I can't seem to find the .exe file to start? Did I miss something? Was it a problem by uploading it on my external hard drive? If all else fails, am I able to download again on my hard drive of the system? My operating system is Windows XP.

  After downloading the software, you will need to install it.

  And you will need to install it on one of your primary readers. An external hard drive will probably not work.

  Copy the contents of the drive in a desktop folder and install from this directory.

  If you are using a mac:

  1. try to create a new user account in Mac with administrator privileges.

  2. connect to the new user, navigate to Mac HD > Application > utilities > Adobe Installer folder, locate products such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and uninstall the

  1. quit Illustrator

  2. disconnect the creative cloud

  3. exit the creative cloud, CoreSync and CCLibrary (on Windows) Task Manager or monitor activity (Mac)

  4. the return in creative cloud signal

  5. restart Illustrator
