  I have a perpetual license CS6 Production Premium for mac. I had problems with OSX El Capitan, so I returned to Yosemite 10.10.5 and I did a clean install.

  After I reinstalled CS6 Production Premium I run Adobe Application Manager to update the applications to newer versions.

  But rather as a first thing Adobe Application Manager update itself and by updating other applications, the installation program got stuck, and I had to restart my mac.

  Now: Adobe Application Manager became suddenly the creative cloud (seriously?), and rather than offer me to update the applications it offers upgrade me to CC - something that I hate and I would never do. I don't give myself no options to update to the current version of CS6, but only "update all my cc applications.

  Any ideas?

  p.s. I won't go into detail about how I feel any CC, because I know that it has already been discussed to death.   When you go to activate CS6, it should indicate that your serial number is valid but cannot find a product calling it on the machine (it would be CS5.5).  There is a selection list where you select the previous version (CS5.5) as well as an entry where you enter the serial number for this older version.

So, for your over-pants M6100 Premiere Pro CS6 will be permanently locked to only software MPE mode. (Acceleration GPU of MSES in the Windows of Premiere Pro CS6 version is limited to the CUDA only, which means that only NVIDIA for GPU - no AMD over-pants or GPU Radeon support CUDA at all.)

  I'm sorry Sylvia but you must make sure the default language for your operating system is set to French.   You must then remove and reinstall the Creative Suite 6.  Meanwhile, there is a chance that you could invalidate your trial period.  I would recommend that you continue to evaluate the software in English or that you install on a different computer with the default language set for the French.

  You must get the Mac version to be able to install and activate on a Mac (or two - Yes you can install and activate on both machines).  Do you need to do a cross-platform swap, which allows to Adobe with the latest version of their products (CS6 at this time).  Here is a link that explains what you need to do...

  I think that you should go to your Utilities folder and open "Activity Monitor"... look for Dynamic Link Manager in there. then exit the process. I had to do to install my cs6.
