I get a double blue bar at the top of the browser window that makes certain commands fail.
When I opened a second FireFox application a double blue line appears at the top of the browser window. To close the window, you must use the X above the page. When in this State, you can display only a landing page that you can not return to the previous page you see just. How to restore its normal state (single blue bar)?
Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions of the origin of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > appearance/themes).
- Makes no changes on the start safe mode window.
Safe mode disables extensions in Firefox 4 and later versions, and disables hardware acceleration.
- Tools > Options > advanced > General > Browsing: "use hardware acceleration when available.
If disable hardware acceleration works then check if there is an update available for your graphics display driver.

There a white stripe about 3/4 inch high in the upper part of the window. I can't enter the menu bar, or see the menu or a browser window or the search bar. When I click on the white stripe, it goes through the office as there is no such thing as the top of the program.
I've never seen this problem before.

How to get rid of the blue bar at the top of the Firefox browser?
Since I downloaded the Firefox browser, there is a blue bar at the top that says that I'm on the page (ex: at the moment it is said ' ask a Question / Support of Mozilla - Mozilla Firefox "). How can I get rid of this?
Hey Tatianarox,
I think I know what you are trying to accomplish. You should try to hide the menu bar and using the Firefox button. Which should be quite substantially reduced the border along the top.

When I open a new window or click a link that opens a new window, the new window has two blue bars along the top of the screen. The top bar is the one that I expect to see with the firefox logo, the name of the Web looking at page and the reduce, enlarge, close buttons. The second bar, below, has a tab orange on the left side who says "Firefox" with an arrow pointing downwards and then on the right side has him minimize, maximize and close buttons. These buttons are the same buttons on the blue bar to the top do. Below the second blue bar is the normal toolbar, but the upstream and downstream buttons do not work. How can I get rid of the second blue bar. He began to appear after the last update I did last week.
This always happens if you launch Firefox with extensions disabled?
This page is a report of another user with the same problem, which says that the problem has disappeared after disable the extensions.

I used Photoshop and Lightroom for years and upgraded to CC about 6 months ago. I just got a new computer and downloaded Lightroom and Photoshop CC on the new machine. In Lightroom, when I send a picture to the develop module, all I get is a blue screen, where the image should be. The navigation signs and develop panels show very well, but the image does not appear on the main screen. It appears in the browser. What's up with that?
Disable the CPU graph use in the performance of the LR preferences tab. Blue box will be gone, Image will show.

I get a blue screen in the main window to develop the module
I just downloaded LR6 from CC Adobe on my new computer laptop > it worked fine on the old laptop, but now I have a problem. I imported the photos that look very well, but when I try to open on (one) in the develop module I get a blue screen in the main window. The image appears in the navigator Panel. I use Windows 10, which I never used before LR.
Lightroom preferences-> Performance tab, disable the GPU option. It may be necessary to restart Lightroom.

If I remember correctly, old versions of Firefox had a black bar below the navigation bar on the opening screen that allowed specific searches for 'Images', 'News' 'Cards', 'Video', 'Shopping', etc.
Now this bar only appears when a search has been performed.
Is it possible to customize Firefox, so this appears on the logon screen.
The bar does not have a toolbar name.Versions of Firefox 4 + use a new build-in home page named Subject: House with a Google search bar on this issue (no internet access required for the loading of this page).
What about: home page only shows a few clips and has a button to restore the previous session, as appropriate.
If you want a home with extras page, and then set a different page than the homepage like www.google.com as used in versions of Firefox 3 or on the iGoogle homepage ([www.google.com/ig]).

I installed the latest version of Firefox on my laptop (Windows 7 Professional 64-bit). The thing is that firefox prompt to save passwords of websites. I'll explain you a little more away with an example: suppose I load www.gmail.com. When I login, the password manager key is displayed on the left side of the address bar, but the corresponding window which would ask if I want to save the password or not, does not appear. I tried all the possible solutions. It is true that when I restart firefox with disabled modules (safe mode), password manager works fine. But I don't really use Add-ons that could prevent firefox to save passwords. I disabled all add-ons and ran firefox in normal mode, but the password manager does not work yet. Please keep in mind that I tried everything and that any post not published so far describes a similar problem to mine case. Consider that I have the same I have configured the entire system from the beginning. The problem appeared again from the first time I launched firefox. At that time, I had not installed any antivirus software and there is no add-on with firefox. Hope someone can give me a valid solution...
Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > appearance/themes).
- Makes no changes on the start safe mode window.

It is possible that there is a problem with key3db and signons.sqlite files that store the encrypted names and passwords in Firefox.
Rename signons3.txt and signons.sqlite files in the Firefox profile folder.
You can add .old files (key3.db.old and signons.sqlite.old) names or move them to another folder to make it possible to cancel the action.
You must define a new master password after renaming or removing the signons3.txt and all the currently saved passwords are lost.
If that worked, then you can delete the renamed files that are no longer needed.See:
- "Troubleshooting" in http://kb.mozillazine.org/Password_Manager

I was unable to view PDF files in Firefox and would get a white screen telling me that I had to re - install Adobe. I did this and still he could not visualize the PDF files in the browser window or tab.
Now that I've upgraded to the latest version of Firefox, I don't have the Adobe Reader toolbar which used to be a toolbar above a PDF file when displaying in the browser window or tab. I don't have the printer icon, icon of the diskette, email icon, page arrows to scroll upwards or downwards, the percentage of size, etc.. Is there a way to be able to have this toolbar again?
Hi, I had the same problem. I fixed by changing the hand tool to the selection tool, clicking in the document and THEN by pressing F8.

Have you tried to disable the other addons? (Click Firefox > Addons > Extensions, disable all extensions one by one, but the Google toolbar and restart Firefox)
