I get a message that my recovery disk is full it is 5G and only has 5 MB left. How can I fix it?

I get a pop up message that my recovery disk is full. I have 5 gig is nearly full. How can I clean? Can I remove things in there?

Looks like the files created by Norton 360.gr you have chance have it installed or once were? It should be safe to delete.
