I bought the first elements 14 via Adobe download and installed the program on my old computer.  A month later, I bought a new computer and installed 14 PE on my new computer.  I have uninstall indeed EP 14 of my old computer but failed to disconnect before doing so.  After only a week with my new computer, it's crashed hard drive!  So, I went back to my new computer by another.  I installed 14 PE on this newer computer, but apparently it's only a 30 day trial version?

I spent 2-3 hours with two different people in chat sessions Adobe and have gotten nowhere!   A discussion said that adobe allows only two 2 installed on two different computers.   And PE 14 cannot be used simultaneously on these two different computers.   Installation on two computers is strictly a convenience of client to be used on one / or and not at the same time.  Then... I guess because I have exceeded my two installs unsigned I'm screwed!  Am I wrong?

To stay relatively short... your license allows you to have two machines with enabled facilities.  Both machines can be changed over time, which means that you can disable one to reactivate on the other, or even reactivate on the same machine for a reason any (a new operating system being installed, for example).  The number of activations on a life is not limited, only the current number of them is limited to two.

What you need to do is to contact Adobe Support by chat or phone and ask them to reset your activations... don't ask more than that you will either get misleading information, such as a pointless discussion on only the possibility to use one of the facilities at the same time, or turned away because they think that you ask for something, they think that they do not support.

When I press SCAN button callback fuction starts to send command on the series for the scan on the serial port setting. There are 99 order send and read. It takes about 3 minutes. It works very well. Now, I want to stop scanning and exit the callback function that is called by the button SCAN. Now when I press the SCAN button that it completes all 99 recommend and control then come to the interface user. So I'm not able to stop and get out of this loop.
