  The red line represents the desired SWF frame rate. This is usually set when you create the SWF file in Flashpromanager.new, FlashBuilder, or other tools. It can also be defined as directly in ActionScript code. Because yours is at 40, you must have already established it somewhere.

  You must watch the gray bars. Represents grey time waiting for the next frame, not the time spent running your framework. Grey is good.   I agree with Richard. There's probably graphics card failure. If the same behavior occurs during the starting procedure, the graphics card must be exchanged. I mean the motherboard together. ;(
