  I have no problem downloading the file, or by using 7 - zip to extract the exe file downloaded to a folder that you can browse from the network controller to install the drivers.

  You MUST start the process after WIndows starts - do not have the DVD in the status bar when you start, but insert once started.

  To be honest, you should have settled this first thing - now, all you can do is try to uninstall SP2 and hope it works, but be prepared for a double-full installation if it does not work properly.

• Question seeks to clean install 10 Windows on the drive of the merger. El Capitan.

  Problem: try a clean install of Windows 10 via the Boot Camp Assistant on an iMac 27 inches (Late2013) with 10.11.4 installs hours (more than 8 hours) and then failed to install Boot Camp updates. Essentially installation take much long than normal and cannot install updates of the Apple software or create normally start Windows Boot Camp 10.

  Background: After problems of slowing down after upgrading to 10.11.4 (with improved Bootcamp Windows 10) who had previously worked fine for 10 months, to the point of a start of OS X time, I decided to do a clean install of my iMac with Fusion 3 to disk.

  As I was unable to remove the partition from Boot Camp through BCA because of his holding always at the same load, I used Internet recovery and reset the Fusion drive. This then required me to repair the partition of Fusion by car through THE "fix" option which seems to work very well. And reinstalled OS X 10.11.4 which works fine now (delays etc..)

  Try using BCA to create a new partition Boot Camp and a clean Windows 10 install after downloading an image of disk W10 directly from Microsoft (Win10_1511_1_English_x64), BCA by downloading software updates and by selecting the desired partition, it began to restart and initialize the installation. However the whole process has been very slow, each step takes much longer than usual, to progress. Leave for hours rest a blank screen or with a circle of rotation.

  I tried with another stick USB 3 and also a USB 2 stick, but none has made a difference.

  Details:

  Day 5. Attempt at 6.

  Partition Boot Camp delete and try again install via BCA. First question, is that when the startup it goes to a blank black screen. For a time nothing left. Reset then using alt to select windows training results in almost instantaneous startup of the BCA message created and the beginning of the installation.

  4 1/2 hours from start of Windows 10 initial signature window.

  Then the second question. One to reach the Boot Camp update Office tries to start and install the drivers. Allows you to "list files...". "stage then sits at the bar about 5% green for 1 to 2 hours and does nothing. All actions in the Office of the W10 takes ages.

  In the meantime, auto update of the W10 appears a message saying that the updated graphics drivers as one of the few messages or actions during this period. Looks like Nvidia install with the entire package of experience (unwanted) etc. and very probably not the correct gpu driver.

  Finally deciding to cancel the installation of BC by killing the Setup.exe process. Then copy Boot camp install files on the desktop. Lasts 30 minutes to copy. Run again and this time, although taking 15-20 minutes to download and install later with the success message.

  Check the graphic driver it shows a yellow exclamation mark, so the following Microsoft instructions I use the uninstall option via the device and then Manager (slowly) come on board to load and download the latest Nvidia driver on their site for the GTX 780 M for 64-bit W10 etc. The same thing that I had used previously. Slow with running the Nvidia Setup program again, but eventually it works only to say that he could not install as unrecognized graphics device...

  He ends up with Microsoft PnP driver so it's at least sufficient start and run it again BC of the figure updates as all other drivers have been installed. To restart, but I get an error of K-Mode that is most likely related to this driver graphic and not possible to start in the new W10 Boot Camp partition after 7 hours.

  For any help or suggestion would be appreciated, and this seemingly simple process has now expanded to five days.

  I have a laptop 14 flag that came with Windows 8.1 - 64 Home, and I have upgraded to Windows Home 10-64. The upgrade went very wrong, but I would use Win 10 if possible. Microsoft recommends that I have to do a clean install of Windows 10, which will require you to reinstall all my programs MANY. They cannot tell me, however, if I'll still be able to use some of the applications delivered HP pre-loaded on my machine and that I find very useful - even if I am out of warranty. For example, I use HP Support Assistant updates the driver, and I found that HP DriveGuard works really well!

  I'll always be able to download all of these products and hence? I'll be able to get them on the page of the drivers for my laptop? If I can't, I'll probably have to settle for return to Windows 8.1.

  Because the rep on the Microsoft forum did not answer my questions, today I called the support of Microsoft Windows 10 phone number. After that the rep is lost another hour of time my (and their) me browsing to enter SafeMode via several methods, everything I told him that I had already tried. the representative suggested that customizations of account that I had applied could be the cause of the distress.

  She also informed me that, for security reasons, Windows 10 no longer allows connectivity Mode Wireless safe; Although, if your PC is physically connected to the modem/router, you should be able to enter in IE (and maybe even in Edge) in Safe Mode.

  So I added a new local administrator account (that said, I log in with a password and not with one account Microsoft.), to be used only for safe mode and left all its parameters to the default values for Microsoft. And it worked! When connected to my router, I could get in Mode safe mode with internet connectivity via IE! Thanks to this rep, I finally have success.

  I was going to do a clean install of windows xp and for this I'll use the drive of the Dell operating system I have. Using what I had to restart my laptop with the disc in the drive, follow the instructions and get to the stage where the partitions are listed. I was going to delete the primary partition, and then just create a new NTFS partition.   Dell OEM of Windows version are tied to the computer first it is installed on. That's why the disc and product 'cannot' book key using the CD in Media Center. You can try to use the CD key and product of the media centre but be prepaired ro reinstall XP home if it activates or the device drivers does not not to the configuration of your computer. I used the words "cannot" work I've seen in the past apparently universal CD a Dell for some reason any worked.

  XP is "off" once it is deleted in the player.

  Pre-ignition works for Windows 8, but it is slightly different. In Vista and 7, all of the computers Dell with Windows 7 Edition home premium for example turned on and had the same product key. They also come with Windows 7 modes of action that had a unique product key (the key of SLP). I also think that a Dell DVD could not be used on a HP and vice versa. Modes of action were of poor quality and prone to fading. In Windows 8, there is a unique product key into the system BIOS that supports the DVD (or MSDN/Technet .iso) starts from the BIOS. I suppose a Dell DVD could be used on a HP and vice versa, but I don't have a system with Windows 8 to run some tests on.

  I did a clean install of Windows Vista Home Premium on my HP Pavilion of 32 bits. I've completely updated Windows via Service Pack 2. Given that the clean install, my wireless card, Intel (r) Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN, was not able to detect all the networks. The Wifi card is listed under NICs as being installed and activated. the hardware on my laptop Wifi switch is set on "on" and the light is blue, indicating that the card is working.

  I can connect to the internet if I connect physically my computer to the modem with an ethernet cable wireless, so the modem isn't the problem. Other computers can connect to the wireless modem, so my Wifi modem functionality is not the problem. The problem with my computer.

  I tried to uninstall the Intel driver and reboot my computer with the generic driver. Install the driver generic, but my wireless card has not always worked. I then ran an update of windows, nothing helps.

  I tried to install the "Intel® PRO /? My SSD is 100% empty and has 110GB available on this subject, but my main hard drive has about 400 GB of stuff on it, so cloning my drive for the SSD drive is out of the picture.

  The simplest solution would be to save the data that you want to keep on an external hard drive, then remove this data and programs from the old hard drive so that only the BONE remains.  From there use migration software from your manufacturer SSD to clone the old drive to the new SSD using a USB to SATA.

  The Windows key is embedded in the BIOS and will be recognized by the computer on any installs.  It would be desirable to collect your key, just in case, using Belarc Advisor, which gives you all kinds of info on your computer.  Do this before doing anything.

  I lobbied for this on the end of Dell but have not had much luck until now so I need to push him on the end of Microsoft, but do not have a lot of contacts Microsoft.

  It seems no to little interest to write "A clean install of Windows 8" If no users can get media without having to purchase a new license, I wrote, but it is incomplete without a valid download installation source.

  Can anyone from Microsoft, Microsoft VIPs and community stars look at my wikies and ideas IdeaStorm and offer a viable solution, so I can complete my wiki and users can clean install their operating system without any preinstalled junk or have a way to reinstall their OS, if everything goes wrong.

  A direct link would be preferable because a hard disk can fail and needs replaced. Use of the Upgrade Advisor is acceptable, but such that it download the 32-bit installation on a 32-bit computer files and 64-bit on a 64-bit computer, it's not ideal because users will not have the possibility of that they want to take. by example if computer 1 is 32 and computer science 2 (computer problem) is 64 bit, then they will be run in troubles.

  With the product key in hacking the BIOS shouldn't be a problem if the media is free to download. However if a legitimate source is not available for users to clean install with piracy will increase considerably.

  Edit warnings on Windows 8.1 adding updated:

  Scenario 1: most of the OEM recovery partitions generally do not work once the partitions systems have been modified in any way or an operating system is reinstalled. The user should rely on the internal recovery partition while they are completely baffled after trying to install Windows 8.1.

  Scenario 2: The user should recovery media before installing Windows 8.1 overview - you know as well as I do that some people will not create the recovery media.

  Scenario 3: Recovery programs do not always work. I saw, overall community Dell, many clients have difficulties, create recovery media. They are in trouble, if something goes wrong.

  Scenario 4: The user thinks that they have created a recovery media, but really what they have created is a corrupted DVD set (i.e. used low-quality DVD or USB). When they are in pain to go and use, they do not work.

  Scenario 5: The user made a recovery media and he lost. They are also in trouble.

  Scenario 6: The user suffers from an out of the box starting problem when the system arrives due to misconfiguration of factory settings, in particular with a cache drive I've seen many users have and could easily fix it on their own, but can't because they have no .iso Windows 8 or 8.1 of Windows.

  Scenario 7: A major problem that corrupts any installation of Windows 8 or virus Windows 8.1 and infects USB recovery when the user tries to start from it.   Scenario 8: Windows 8.1 is a Service Pack. Service Packs have been known to cause a range of issues especially when third-party software and drivers are installed in front of them. Its why my Windows reinstallation Guides always recommend to install Windows, then on the stand-alone Service Packs via updates unless they are included on the installation media. Note, that I recommend that you install the Service Packs before the system drivers. Users do not have these problems if they are properly followed up my guides.

  So it's very obvious from the actions of Microsoft that Microsoft aims is not to prevent piracy, but double dependent people when their system fails and requires a re-installation of external media (in which case they upgraded to a SSD, or their recovery partition is wiped out. The percentage of those who just end up buying a retail version of Windows when their disk failed hard is very important, something that adds dramatically to the benefits of Microsoft. These business practices of Microsoft are clearly unjust and illegal and something must investigate and pursue the U.S. Department of Justice.

  This part is quite obvious, given that their prevention of piracy is so poor that their policies can only intended strictly to reap illegal profits to force non-legal tech savvy users to pay twice for windows they already paid when they bought their system. It was not the case, they would freely allow users to download an OEM ISO of Windows 8, so that they can recover if their hard drive fails completely, as OEM ISO is useless for a pirate without a license (usually built-in to the motherboard) key and a pirate will have easy access to a copy of Windows 8 without worrying. Again, the only people hurt by these policies are legal users, not pirates.

  Now that piracy is concerned, I further suspect that given poor piracy prevention mechanisms of Microsoft that allow hackers to distribute auto activated copies of Windows 7, etc. that Microsoft would have rather let poor people use a pirated version of Windows to completely block and force them to use Linux that would increase the base of Linux users. So I surmise that they intentionally allow ways for hackers to hack their Windows software anyway, because the poor free moccasins will not pay for Windows do anything because they have simply not the money, yet nevertheless it is in the interest of Microsoft to prevent them moving to Linux because most of the poor is just young, and will later money for licenses of Microsoft. But here again the only systems in question here are systems more alumni who have XP or Vista, licenses while other systems that people are supposedly piracy have valid Windows 7 and 8 license keys that Microsoft wants a double payment for!

  The Windows 8.1 with update 1 .iso is now downloadable without entering a product key. It is downloadable for the OEM license and I've documented here in an updated guide focusing on licensed OEM with UEFI and SecureBoot:

  This .iso works with product keys well Windows 8 and Windows 8.1. The main issue is to determine your edition. The edition correct will automatically enter your product key and brings you to the screen of the license agreement. Incorrect editing will ask for a product key. Also, there are two editions of 'free' missing; Windows 8.1 with Bing and Windows unilingual 8.1 with Bing.

  Ironically, Microsoft fixed the deployment of multimedia files of Windows 8 (not at 100% but greatly) and then severely broke the deployment of multimedia files Windows 7 a few months later.
