  You can open it from Adobe Acrobat DC application on the file menu > open. If you did request by default option to open the PDF, you can directly click on PDF.

  You can also right click on PDF and select open in Adobe Acrobat DC

XP is now a risk to the security and very dangerous in an office environment. If you upgrade the machines (attention, Win 8.1 and even Windows 7 cannot be compatible with your hardware), then you would always buy AA XI, possibly with a volume license (you'd have to talk to the Adobe volume licensing).

  AA6 and AA7 are extensible. If you are talking about a new purchase of Acrobat for machines and probably an upgrade of the OS for XP machines.

• Always have 2 tabs FF15.0.1 and start tabs w/previous/win. No matter when I start FF the second window always loses the 1 tab and put the '+' to the extreme left.

  When I close FF the active window becomes #1 window when I restart. No matter that one becomes a window #2 the first pinned tab is missing and the '+' is on the far left. Same thing happens if the tabs are not pinned. If I close FF and cause a switch between W #1 and 2 W, W #2 loses this 1 tab and w #1 missing tab reappears.
