  Each release of Photoshop, I installed has a serial number. I can see all but one of them in my products in my account on Adobe.com Adobe.

  Photoshop 3 was my first version of Photoshop as the serial number and the serial number of upgrade Photoshop 5 has been lost over the years. I jumped 4 Photoshop, Photoshop 6 and CS4 then the serial number for my products are all updated serial numbers.

• I installed my printer, but it wants to install again and again and again

  My printer HP Deskjet F2180, my system is Windows XP.  I installed my printer successfully, but whenever I turn on the PC it wants to install again & again & again.  It puts the PC and just won't let me continue unless I have pass through his process, but all I want a simple printer that doesn't act like an attention seeking spoiled child who keeps jumping up and down shouting "notice me, me" and makes my default printer.

  I talked to technical assistance from HP who sent me an e-mail long complicated instructions meant to counter the problem, I realized the letter, and that did not work.  They never answered my other emails.  I searched sections of Q and a HP sites and these support forums at unsuccessfully. I uninstalled and reinstalled, I fixed, says do not update for 6 months or more and simply ignored. But nothing can stop the process.

  Why can't be just one simple printer like any other, I had.  I also have a laser printer Brother that I use for everything except color printing and that everything is there waiting for me to use it, I had the other HP printers and recommended HP people because I never had a problem before unlike Epsom and Canon and then comes along the HP Deskjet F2180. He drives me crazy. It such a waste of time.

  In another where I work there is another HP printer (I don't know which model) which re - installs itself, is the default printer and is updated automatically, so I know I can't be the only person having this problem and makes me think that its an integrated - marketing this kind of thing.

  I'm not very technically in the know, and I don't know how to make MS-DOS or something like that. many instructions on these forums do not make sense to me, I'm afraid I need step by step, press this button type instructions now for what that substantive gubbings, but if someone can help me I would be very grateful.

  I'm going to guess that you run IE9? The only way I found around printing problems in IE9 was to uninstall the update of IE9. It seems that in some cases this issue appears.
