  Another method is to do a system restore.

  If you remember a time when you did NOT have this problem, and if this date is not too long, use this date or before as your restore point.

  Well, no, actually, I talked to someone at Microsoft and he discovered for me. The answer is the keyboard on the top right of my keyboard and the third button on the end. Worked like magic.     Thanks again!

  CC Adobe license can be activated on 2 machines using the same Adobe ID, but only one at a time.
