  If you actually see raw files and not JPEGs, then I suggest that you try to reinstall Lightroom 5.6. If you look at the JPEG images then all you will see is "incorporated". I apologize if you already know that.

  Red flag.  CCcleaner.  If you used to "clean" your registry database, which can cause problems.  CCcleaner is also a good program, but registry cleaners do not help and remove what they think are "unused" entries in the registry that can cause problems later.

  Try to download the Real Player and see if that corrects your problem, but if it is not, you may need to restore your computer to the factory settings by your user guide's instructions.

  When you got your system back as you, I invite you to buy an external hard drive, and a good backup 3rd party program. You can configure it to automatically do everything in time and frequency of your choice.   Your Nikon 5100 requires a minimum of 6.4 ACR.

  The ACR, which is installed with CS5 default is 6.0.

  You must update your ACR to the latest version available for CS5 - ACR 6.7

  My computer is a HP Envy 23-c100xt with Windows 8.

  I tried to use one of the ports 3.0 and 2.0 and it wouldn't read my USB, but I tried on another computer so I know this isn't the USB. So I followed some web tips online here and did this:

  Click on start and type device in the search for field, and then select Device Manager uninstall USB root hub

  Restarted my computer and the screen refreshes itself automatically every 4 seconds. Cannot open any program or even go to Manager tasks.

  Are you sure you don't have anything else? It is difficult to see how to uninstall a device could lead to consequences also as usually convince windows NOT to reinstall the drivers and devices, it is what causes the trouble, not the other way around.

  Uninstalling devices does not lead to what you describe.

• Media Player11 will not play video (DVD disc). The sound is fine and a DVD decoder was installed.

  Where to start... After you download the necessary drivers and also I was able to get my sound work. Then, I bought and downloaded the dvd decoder, InterVideo DVD XPack. When I put a DVD in the drive, Media Player appears and I press play and I hear the sound but I do not see any video!

  I tried to download and use other video players, but none have worked so far. Everyone give me reasons why they can not read/play the disc or separate errors. Some have suggested that I change my screen resolution or color quality. I have and nothing makes a difference. Only, I can choose between 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768 (16-bit or 32-bit).

  Hello, I first adobe recently updated and now when I import mp4 files, it won't play the audio. Not on the timeline or the display of source code. The audio also does not display on the time line. I tried looking through the FAQ and search in other issues, but not quite seem to have the same problem.

  So far I tried to import by dragging more and also by right click Media > import. It does not seem to make a difference.   Bars and your play in the timeline, if that means anything. I change the type of mp4 file before you import it first in first?

  I just started using the program this month, so I am a very new user. I hope it is a simple solution.

  Empty the cache of media, then rename the folder are in mp4, then try again.
