  This morning, I started having a problem with Firefox. I was browsing www.nbcnews.com and when I clicked on a link, a new tab opens with an ad in it. Now, this happens whenever I click on a link. The new tab opens first and normally, he's trying to tell me that there is something or another that must be updated, such as Flash. In addition, Norton reported the use of the disc by Firefox.   Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most of the modules.

  (If you use it, switch to the default theme).

  • Under Windows, you can open Firefox 4.0 + in Safe Mode holding the key SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
  • On Mac, you can open Firefox 4.0 + in Safe Mode holding the key option key when starting Firefox.
  • Under Linux, you can open Firefox 4.0 + with leaving Firefox then go to your Terminal and running Safe Mode: firefox-safe-mode (you may need to specify the installation path of Firefox for example/usr/lib/firefox)
  • Or open the Help menu and click on the restart with the disabled... modules menu item while Firefox is running.

  PowerPC applications have not been supported for many years now since, OS X 10.7.x, you need to look for an alternative to this app or contact the developers of Spotify to see if they have a version for El Capitan 10.11.x

  Who is the manufacturer of the wireless mouse?

  Your wireless mouse does not work in Windows, or that your PC is in the early phase of the startup procedure when you turn on your PC?

  If in Windows, you might have to check batteries and polarity, corresponds to the mouse and the receiver to the other, also install the drivers from the manufacturers website or try to use the DVD that came with the mouse.

  Do you use some sort of digital signature certificate?  Maybe this is why you have the problem.  Try checking your e-mail under Tools account properties. Accounts | Mail | Properties | Security.  Try to remove a signing certificate to see if it is the question, if you use one.  Also try emailing yourself and see if you hard you answer.

  Looks like you have licensed one. File have instead of JPEG. Make sure to check the file format before of licenses it.

  From now on, you can open the .ai with Adobe Illustrator(Trial should also work) file and then export it to JPEG.

  Or you can let me know the file number and I can email you the jpeg.

  There are known problems with Windows Mail and IE9 (see http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_vista-networking/windows-mail-font-problems-after-installing-ie9/a4274c96-d44f-e011-8dfc-68b599b31bf5?page=1) but they do not understand not being able to read messages, you specify more in detail what happens when you try to read a message.  In addition, you can try compacting and repairing the Windows Mail database (see www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/).

  Here are the different methods to reinstall Vista. You cannot use the recovery Partition method because it should be replaced by the installation of Windows 7...

  There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.

  You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.

  They should do this for a small fee.

  To reinstall Vista using their recovery disk/s, you start from the 1st recovery disk they provide and follow the manufacturer's instructions to reinstall:
