  Every girl needs their own Apple ID to send and receive messages independently.  Apple intends that Apple ID (account) to an individual and not shared like you girl make.  Two people who share the same ID will cause all sorts of problems as you discover.

  However, family sharing allows people within the same family (up to 6 members or Apple ID) for share purchases such as applications, videos, and music. Separate IDs Apple will allow each girl to adapt their content to the individual, who will play an important role with the child earlier than later.  You can access most content another has purchased.    Implement the family share - Apple Support

  With current Apple ID shared as a member of a family separated, each girl and you can download their favorite of this shared ID content.  The idea is that each family member has their own tastes and can't do everything Captain ID contains.  Still with the family sharing, if family members want to share, everyone can access the other content.  Following this concept, when the child is ready to enter the world on their own and start their own family, they can take their music with them.  Let therefore the current shared Apple ID where over time.  Over time that it potentially becomes a monster, everyone has a hard time to get in their stuff.  Also there is no privacy in the shared ID of Apple.  It may be important for a growing family, which does not necessarily have a common knowledge of the interests of each other.
