I have a lot of mp4 files. How will I know if it were registered progress or upper field?

Hi guys, first of all, I have a bunch of mp4 files. How will I know if it were registered progress or upper field? I checked the properties in Prem but it doesn't give me any of this info... Thank you

In the project Panel, add the column for the field order:

It will tell you no frame (progressive) higher or lower (interlaced).

To add the column, right-click on the name of the columns and choose metadata display...

When adding metadata pane opens, search for 'field' and then check the "Field order" box.

It will be added to the last column in the Panel of the program, you need to scroll to find it, and then drag it to the desired position.
