  I don't know what you see for the arrow. I installed the Weather Channel widget and find the normal buttons, including relatives, gadget drag more big size, Options. Try to right-click on it and using the menu shortcut or select move and move the gadget, or select close and then open again to place it in the default location on the desktop.

  I bought a camcorder 1080 p hp v5061u and barely got to use the * beep * thing because a day after only 4 or 5 times I go to for use and notice that its stuck on this screen test. There is no obvious way to exit it and return to normal use. It took absolutely no damage what so ever and malfunction and it really seems to just HP cares! I sincerely from the bottom of my heart feel fuzzy and just left to dry with this problem! I can understand another type of malfunction happening and the problem is more complicated when I wouldn't be able to get all the assistance, but he simply blocked on this screen to test randomly and nobody has an answer for me! I spent all this * beep * money on this unreliable product of HP that does not even get 1 year use! And google it many people have this same issue with this HP product!

  recently purchased a Qosmio x 305-Q706. First time I booted up it gets to start with Qosmio screen displays with "please wait" down and hangs there forever. The only way I can get it to boot is to start cold and purée the key F12 for is loading from the startup screen, if I'm lucky, I can enter the option where you can choose which startup device, and if I manually chose the hard drive I can load windows.

  This is a very stupid situation and I really don't understand why the laptop hangs at this level to start.
  Is somehow your Qosmio confused and cannot decide which device should be the first boot device.
  What is some external device connected to your Qosmio laptop?

  Maybe update the BIOS can help, but if you have all new laptop is not the solution. This is more recent laptop, and I presume that there latest version of the BIOS. So, if I were you I would contact either your dealer and ask for replacement or Toshiba service directly. This behavior is certainly not strange and laptop crashes somehow on the BIOS/POST (Power-On-Self-Test).

  Literally just close the lid and open it upwards and it wouldn't boot windows. It is stuck at the screen HP saying it's diagnose my problem. Tried a soft reset and a hard reset when you remove the battery and put it again while it is unplugged. Did not help. I can't start in safe mode. I tried to do a restore which has been a success but it restarts when he says "there was a problem, restart your PC. I'm frustrated and reset a factory and the same factory reset was successful and was when he came back to 8.1 because it's the OS, I bought it with but then it still wouldn't let me in windows.   You said that your laptop came originally with Win10, but then later, you said you tried to go back to Win8.1, you can then said, it's the original OS.

  I got my phone revives and then updated to the latest version of the LINE-S277. No problems atall.

  I have a R500 that one of my users has me just. It is stuck on the screen of the POST (ThinkPad splash) and does not respond to any keys pressed. I tried holding down the blue button "ThinkVantage" while turning on and still no response.
