I have a plugin Facebook activity on our site when I use my laptop, it is visible, however, when I view it on my desktop computer is not. I am running Windows 7 on both. Any suggestions?

• After a crash during the installation of Captivate, the installer does not "initialize" and the installation process stops. Any suggestion?

  I bought a few days ago from "Captivate". I received the Web address to download the program and the activation number. I downloaded the program (OK), began the installation program (OK) and has received indications that the decompression process was OK. Then the installation has begun, and I was asked to introduce the activation number (OK). After that, a bar showing the progress of the installation was shown on the screen. The bar stops at 2%. I waited more than 20 minutes and not seen any progress. So I decided to start the "task manager" to see if the process was active. I have windows 7, so I pressed ctrl-alt-del and the message (2-5 min later) who was not able to start the Task Manager. I waited longer (more than 1 hour), and since the progress of the installation the indicator was still 2% and I still couldn't activate the Task Manager, I restarted the computer.

  I then tried to reinstall the program. After unpacking, I get the message: "could not initialize installation. Please download Adobe support advisor to detect the problem. I followed the link to find out that the program is no longer available.

  Please follow the steps down below.

  • Disable the startup items. (Ms config)
  • Rename the the below mentioned location OOBE folder.
  • Windows: C > Program files or program (x 86) > common files > Adobe > OOBE and rename the folder in OOBE as (OOBE_old).
  • Uninstall Adobe Captivate 8 components manually from the machine. Manually remove all the files Adobe Captivate and records. You can check the following locations.

  o C:\Program Files\Adobe

  Here is a link to a thread on the MSDN forums dealing with this problem and a possible solution.  Thread  Also, if you run law or another program directly using SQL, you can try to uninstall the program, run the update, then reinstall the program.  If you have tried only to install this through Windows Update you can want to download it and run it directly from your desktop.

  Thanks for posting on the Forum of Microsoft Answeres.  Given that this only happens with these games the first thing I would say is to check that there is nothing wrong with the media.  Make sure that the disc is clean and have no scratches.  Then, create a folder on your desktop and copy one of the game CD in the folder and run Setup from the folder.  Try them and let us know the results.   I am currently in Mode safe! Windows starts to load but stops and displays a blue screen with a message full screen but didn't stay there long enough that I read.  In Safe Mode, I found that my audio does not work and Windows could not fix all that is the problem.   A BSOD is in 99% of cases related driver.

  I would start by download and install PC/laptop audio and video W7 drivers specific to the support page of the manufacturer.
  If that does not cure the problem, do the same for the other drivers W7 - chipset, LAN, etc.
