Thanks for posting on the Forum of Microsoft Answeres. Given that this only happens with these games the first thing I would say is to check that there is nothing wrong with the media. Make sure that the disc is clean and have no scratches. Then, create a folder on your desktop and copy one of the game CD in the folder and run Setup from the folder. I just bought, installed and registered 6 Lightroom. When I try to launch the product I get a message that says "an internal error has occurred" - could not create the required file: admin/Users / / Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom/Filter Presets. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

You must go to the location: admin/Users / / Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom
Hold down the CTRL key and click on Lightroom, click on read the information and click the permissions tab.
Provide the permissions to read and write to your identifier and then close.
Then reopen Lightroom. You should be able to open Lightroom.

You just solved your problem. If not all, basically everything. You need 64-bit installation files for your 64-bit computer.
You need two installation files - for extracting .exe and .7z the program itself. These two files have 64 in the name of the file if each is to be used in a 64-bit system.
If you have purchased serial number...
a. you can go after the series of 64-bit installation files where you are
or
b. downloading 64-bit from the following location and insert your serial number purchased by them during the installation.

Make sure there is no hosts blocking Lightroom entry onto the Adobe servers.

'Could not initialize installation' could indicate a corrupted download. If you haven't done so already, try the following steps:
- Uninstall Lightroom 6: How to manually uninstall the Lightroom
- Use the Adobe Cleaner tool to remove the remains of program use the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems
- Download a new copy of Lightroom 6 to install Photoshop Lightroom
- Try reinstalling the program.
If, after re-downloaded, you keep getting the same error, I recommend you to review the installation log files to identify the specific error: Troubleshooting Adobe Creative Suite install problems with log files.
