I have a problem with access to Windows Management Instrumentation.

I have Windows & Home premium 64-bit, I can not access my information system. I get a message that says: cannot access windows management instrumentation, Windows Management files can be moved or missing.
This prevents also several programs to run

Method 1 solved the problem!
I found that some of my programs which have been affected by the latter, I had to uninstall and reinstall, but everything works fine now. You have my deepest gratitude. Thank you very much!!

    Hello

I have a copy of windows 8 current running on my home pc, but I have problems with the PC, I need to reinstall windows 8 on another pc, I can do it without breaking the rules?

    Hello

If you have a copy of Windows and installed on several PC, activation may not work because the product key has already been used on another PC, or it is used on PCs more than to let the Microsoft software license agreement. Normally, the rule for most copies of Windows is 1:1, which means that a copy of Windows can be installed on a single PC.

If your product key is used on PCs to let the Microsoft software license agreement, you will have to purchase a product key for each of your computers in order to activate them.

I just got a new PC with windows 7 Home premium. I'm used to be able to access all the folders and files on my PC when I want to. This version has much configured to not allow. So I had to change my hard drive and to save some very important files, I moved the on a remote hard drive.

Now my PC is fixed and I am back to copy my files. Always a single document is causing me problems. It seems that I put some access for special leave, and now I can't do anything with the file.
I can't copy it, open well through my new ACC etc, I have full access.
Please help me! This file is very important for me
Please help me! This file is very important for me

This would happen if the special file is encrypted. You need the encryption certificate that you want to copy, and then open it.

If this file is extremely important to you, have you considered everything backs up? Are you aware of the rule that a file that is not saved is a lost file? It's only a matter of time. Unfortunately many people don't know the need for a process of backup appropriate until after a major disaster.

    To reinstall the operating system:

You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.

They should do this for a small fee.

And if you have never received a recovery disk when you bought your computer, there should be a recovery on the drive Partition hard reinstall Windows how much you bought your computer.

The recovery process can be started by pressing a particular combination of the key or keys at startup. (Power on / start)

    Maybe it's F10, F11, Alt + F10, etc., depending on the manufacturer.

With a Toshiba, you press 0 (zero) to start to begin restoring to factory settings process.

  • I have a problem with access to Dell's Support page.

Problems, find the info in support. Reference Dell. Com

    I need appropriate measures.
    Thanks, GregCY

    Thank you, Stanley Zhang

I clicked on the support link you provided.

Entered my serial number: obtained a list of associated items: drivers, etc. However, I wasn't able to get a response to this type of hard drive I have. I would like to learn how to use the support of dell for the next issues, as well. I took a little earlier you advise offered and has been a success with the method of the BIOS.

    Thanks, GregCY

How can I get a direct answer from support.dell.com?

You don't want to watch the pilots to figure out what your hard drive (this isn't an SSD - I'd be willing to bet money on it - not with this laptop model) but the configuration on the Dell web page tab.  Or the Device Manager on the local computer (which is easier - Let's go in this way.)

Right-click on the "Computer" icon on your desktop and choose 'manage '.  When that opens, make it look like your screen (in terms of what is shown) so like this:

As you can - highlighting the "Device Manager" on the left side and expanding the "hard drives" on the right.

Now - once this is done, you must write all found under "Drives" and post it here.
