I changed the new administrator account and changed the original account (use the Everyone account) to a standard user. Therefore, I have contiunued to try to put in place controls, but I was interrupted by a completely random computer restart! I DID NOT HAVE IT! I was pretty confused, but I decided that I would forget the reboot and connect to my new administrator account to continue with the configuration of the parental control. Do not forget that I have not set a password for this new account yet, so I wasn't surprised when he asked for a new password. So I typed in my old password from my previous account, (who had been the administrator password), typed the password twice and you press on enter. He said it was the wrong password. I typed in every password I've ever had in and since then I have not had administrative access to my own computer.   You need access to the file menu in Lightroom 6 > import Photoshop > and choose your camera as source > select the images to import and import.
