  I'm trying to do a fresh install of Windows 7 Pro on a Lenovo ThinkPad X 200. The product key is easy to find on the sticker of the ThinkPad. However, the version of Windows is hidden (for example, I can't check that my ThinkPad had originally installed Windows 7 Pro). I was able to install by using a Pro Win 7 SP1 CD ROM I bought for another installation. I used the ThinkPad I was trying to make the new facility on the product key. I was able to activate the Windows 7 Pro using the phone call and my cell phone. I checked the activation! However, I have problems with Windows update. The product key may be a different version of Windows 7. If so, why did it install and activate OK? Y at - it a fix for this problem or I have to buy a new version of Windows 7 Pro?   I have two capture - Dazzle Platinum 100 and Game2 PC cards. The issue is the same with both, so it must be something to do with a setting on my laptop.  I can't access the setting of the video input in the Capture menu of one of the capture software I've tried. I can select the device in the Source menu, but nothing happens when I click on the menus of the video input (the options are missing). As such, I can't select the composite input. The audio seems ok.

  I'm having a problem playing the games that are installed with windows vista.  Solitaire, Minesweeper etc.  My laptop is around the age of 4 months.  I really can't play these games before, with the exception of a single game.

  When I click the icon Solitaire another window opens with a folder named Microsoft Games, which opens and there is a folder named Purble Palace with a saved game of comfy cakes.  Even when I right click on the icon it does not give me the opportunity to play.

  You can reinstall the games by going to start > Control Panel > programs > turn windows features on or turn it off, look for games and checkmark the box, if they are checked, simply uncheck to uninstall and then recheck to install them again!

  When I save files from the internet and then open the folder with Windows Explorer in the backed up files, I find that WE consider not save them on my hard drive "change" more.   Were you able to save and access files correctly before you update Firefox?

  You can create a new folder & try to download the file inside of Internet Explorer & check if the problem persists.
