I have a version of adobe reader pro download - it keeps telling me the demo has expired and I have to add a serial number that I don't have...

Adobe Acrobat Pro 9,55 keeps crashing on the Mavericks
Hello.
Please can you help me with this one. I spent days on end, trying to solve.We have here a user who can open Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.55 seconds on his mac to Mavericks, then it just bombards. You can even bring up the menus file temporarily.
This is not the case for another user.
I tried to log on to another mac that she and the same problem occurs.
I tried to clean up its preferences of Adobe Library /Preferences and I cleaned the Application Support folder with some Adobe stuff and it still happens.
There has got to be something in their profile.
I tried to watch Console but I can't make head nor tail of it against accidents.I tried tracking down the cleaning tool, but could not find it for 9,55...
If the cleaning tool does not work then what else can I try? I tried to update the software and it goes up to 9.55
He worked on the mac is not a compatibility problem.
I am under pressure to solve this problem quickly I can't wipe this mac because there other things about it and I have a feeling if I do that it won't yet make a difference.I'm in hell IT with this one!

The Acrobat installer is built on a different technology than the rest of the apps and so the difference of update.
Now that Acrobat is updated to v 11.0.07 you still get the original error "installation corrupted... reinstall?
Regarding the update error, try to download the update manually from: Adobe - Acrobat: for Macintosh
and install and check.

Tried not to revert to the older version of adobe reader, no serial number?
I've recently updated adobe reader without thinking. Don't keep the old version. Hate the new version, trying to go back, but it wants a serial number that I don't have. Adobe has create me an account (I have not one) where all my serial numbers would be stored, well since I didn't have an account, no serial number is stored. Clearly I had adobe reader software on my computer to update. I want just the old version back.

No, you can't do any of this... just send a PDF and let nature take its course. You can give people advice of course.
Almost everyone now has a PDF Viewer any. Anyone with a Mac, Windows 8 or later version, Chrome, FireFox, iPad, iPhone, Android... but the Viewer is not usually Adobe Reader (now called Acrobat Reader).

If you have a creative cloud Enterprise serial key, you can serialize Adobe Muse using this serial key and remove the sign in too (Muse CC 2014 64-bit). Please follow the steps mentioned in the link below to serialize Muse CC 2014.

Can you please put me in touch with support for the trial version of adobe acrobat pro XI that I had tried on 15 March for 30 days. I tried to cancel because the cost is too, and Acrobat Reader are good for me. I can't uninstall program.
I had to wipe my drive since then with the trouble with Apple Store without acknowledging my machine and Time Machine reloading gave complications. Can you please cancel my trial and make my money from trial.
