I see that you have an adobe account with the same email with forums, however, I don't see no subscription under this account.
If you can't change the email during indexing, see the steps below:
The OOBE and rename it OOBE.old and then try to connect with the correct ID:
Location: -.
Windows C: \ directory users\ user account-App data-local-adobe \oobe
MAC: Go / go to the folder / Application support / Adobe / oobe

After I succesufully download service pack 3 and restart the computer, need me a black screen where I have the options of safe mode, safe mode with network, last known working configuration and start windows normally. Whenever I have select start normally or last known working configuration it takes back me to the same black screen. IM on safe mode with network now. im going to leave it until I can understand it.

Select Samsung
Samsung Recovery Solution
Select "full restoration".

It's exactly the same thing every time. I tried to uninstall the previous version of Flash, but it made no difference.
The things that machines have in common are:
-they are on the same network, sharing the same internet connection
-they are running the same version of the OS and Safari (with the exception of the differences between the iMac and Macbook versions)
I don't know what to try next. Any ideas?
