• Have Windows 7 Home Premium, after a while, stop Internet and cannot close the browsers in the process tree.

  Once all have the loan system restore.  RE loaded all programs and some 257 updates of windows.  System began to do this again.  Am ready to pull my hair.  Don't know what I did to start this new.  Is there a way to fix this?  Or, I have to wipe the drive and start with a fresh copy of windows and reload everything slowly to see if there is a conflict with programs.  Not that I'm far from being drawn, but this is Driving Me Crazy!  Everyone knows this, and if so, what did you do to correct the problem.  Would appreciate any help on this matter.  Thank you

  1. the make and model of your computer?

  2. what browser you use or encounter a problem with and the version?

  3. is your computer connected to an internet connection wired or wireless?

  However, you can try the steps that will solve the problem of basic troubleshooting:

  Literally just close the lid and open it upwards and it wouldn't boot windows. It is stuck at the screen HP saying it's diagnose my problem. Tried a soft reset and a hard reset when you remove the battery and put it again while it is unplugged. Did not help. I can't start in safe mode. I tried to do a restore which has been a success but it restarts when he says "there was a problem, restart your PC. I'm frustrated and reset a factory and the same factory reset was successful and was when he came back to 8.1 because it's the OS, I bought it with but then it still wouldn't let me in windows. I was going to try and start to repair, but if I had known this would require an administrator I'd never have done the factory reset. I know I've been reckless, but I just wanted to work.   First question is your email provider does support IMAP protocol?

  You don't change an account from one protocol to another.
  You delete the account and add back with the correct protocol.
  Thunderbird has a tendency to select IMAP as a default value. You need to stop right there and make the POP changes if that's what you want or need.

  The problem you describe looks like you are maybe install the wrong driver for your sound card.
  Have you checked that the driver is for your specific device?
  If you look in your system's Device Manager, is there a yellow exclamation next to the audio controller?

  If so, this seems to indicate that the drivers installed are not good for your sound card. Usually if you double-click the device in Device Manager, it will say something in the sense of "Device cannot start".

  I know this thread is a bit old, but just in case someone finds it here is the solution:

  (1) put the iPhone in airplane mode

  (2) open the Mail app

  3) go to the Outbox

  (4) click on edit, click on the circle next to the message stuck to select

  5) click on Delete

  (6) take the iPhone out of airplane mode

  (7) back to the email application.  :-)

  Go to flight mode, then the email will stop trying to send the message. And from there, you can remove your email not sent. If the circle always in motion even if you already spend on airplane mode, try to restart your phone. It works for me. Good luck!

• Emails stuck in the Outbox

  I was emailing and backward with a friend yesterday on my iPad when my mail out suddenly started to get stuck in the Outbox. I could still receive emails fine, but was not able to send something. I have reset everything, deleted and readded my e-mail account, back to factory settings and still nothing works. It is not a problem with my email provider because I still have my account through Google /safari and send / receive email through that, I can't use the iPad for sending mail messaging function. I can access the Outbox and delete those here but they is not enough (I get a message saying unable to send at this time).

  Does anyone have any suggestions?

  Check your e-mail account again. Make sure you have a user name and password entered for the outgoing e-mail server. Add the user name and password for the outgoing e-mail server even if it is suggested that the info is optional.
